Client management

The Clients page is where you manage the companies and contacts you do events for. Linking gigs to clients keeps your reporting clean and makes it easy to see event history per client.

Adding a client

Click New Client and fill in the company name, primary contact, email, phone, and any notes. You can also add billing details for invoicing.

Client event history

Each client profile shows a timeline of all their gigs — past, current, and upcoming. This is useful for seeing how much work a client brings and for planning recurring events.

Notes

Add internal notes to client profiles for things like venue preferences, equipment requirements, or billing quirks. Only admins can see these notes.
