Common questions
Yes. The Free plan is fully functional for small teams. When you are ready for advanced features like payroll, custom statuses, or workspace branding, you can upgrade to Pro with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
Your existing crew stays active. You just cannot invite new members until you upgrade or remove inactive profiles. No data loss, no disruption. Free supports up to 10 crew, Pro up to 50, and Business up to 200.
Pro is built for growing teams: up to 50 crew members, 3 admin seats, plus payroll, crew payouts, Slack integration, SMS notifications, invoicing, and gig templates. Business adds accounting integrations (QuickBooks and Xero), role-based access control, audit logs, webhooks, and API access for up to 200 crew and 10 admins.
Yes. You can switch at any time from your workspace settings. When switching from monthly to annual, you get a prorated credit for the remaining days on your current billing cycle.
Crew members sign in to the mobile PWA with their own account, but they are free to use the platform. The crew cap on your plan determines how many crew members you can manage in your workspace, not how much you pay per person.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Every gig, check-in, and rating on the platform feeds the models behind features like rate comparisons, crew recommendations, and industry comparisons. Your crew lists, client details, and financial data are never shared. You always make the final call. The platform just gives you a better starting point.
No contracts. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months. We want you here because the product works, not because of a contract.
Admins work from any modern browser. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, whatever you've got open. Crew use a mobile PWA on iOS 15+ or Android 10+. No app store install. Add to home screen once and it behaves like any other app on the phone.
Nothing. Your plan price is flat. You're paying for the crew cap, not per active person. Add 30 crew for a festival, drop them after load-out, same monthly bill. If you actually need to go past the cap, upgrading is prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
We retry the charge for 7 days and email the workspace owner. Nothing changes inside the workspace during that window. Gigs run, crew check in, payroll still drafts. If retries still fail after 7 days, the workspace flips to read-only until billing is sorted. Your data sits untouched for 90 days, so there's no rush to scramble.
Slack for gig updates, crew check-ins, and schedule changes. QuickBooks and Xero on the Business plan, both directions: invoices out, customers in. Stripe for crew payouts. Google and Apple Calendar via iCal subscription. Business plans also get a REST API and webhooks for anything we don't ship a native integration for yet.
