Equipment management

The Equipment page lets you track your company's gear inventory and assign equipment to specific gigs.

Adding equipment

Add items with a name, category (audio, video, lighting, etc.), quantity, and any notes. You can track serial numbers and condition for individual items.

Assigning to gigs

When creating or editing a gig, you can assign equipment from your inventory. The system tracks what is allocated and warns you if an item is already assigned to another gig on the same date.

Availability

The equipment calendar shows what is available on any given date. Use this when planning gigs to ensure you have the gear you need.
