Messaging in JamCrew

The Messages tab keeps all your team communication in one place. No more hunting through personal texts or group chats.

Message types

• Broadcasts — Admin announcements sent to all crew or specific groups. Read-only for crew.
• Gig channels — Conversations tied to a specific gig. Everyone assigned to the gig can participate.
• Direct messages — One-on-one conversations between any two workspace members.

Notifications

New messages trigger push notifications on your phone. You can customize which message types trigger notifications from your notification settings.
