The admin dashboard

Your dashboard is the command center for your workspace. It gives you a snapshot of everything happening across your operation.

KPI cards

The top row shows key metrics: total crew, active gigs, revenue this month, and upcoming events. These update in real time as your team works.

Activity feed

The activity feed shows recent actions across your workspace: crew accepting gigs, check-ins, timesheet submissions, and new crew joining. It is a quick way to see what has happened since you last checked in.

Mini calendar

The calendar widget shows upcoming gigs for the next two weeks. Click any event to jump to its detail page. Days with events are highlighted so you can spot your busy periods at a glance.

Quick actions

Common actions like creating a new gig, inviting crew, or running payroll are accessible from the dashboard. These shortcuts save you a click compared to navigating through the sidebar.
