The schedule calendar

The Schedule page shows all workspace gigs on a calendar view. Each gig appears as a colored block based on its status.

Views

Switch between month, week, and day views. Week view is best for seeing crew assignments side by side. Day view shows the full detail for a busy event day.

Conflict detection

The calendar highlights scheduling conflicts — crew assigned to overlapping gigs appear with a warning indicator. Click the conflict to see which gigs overlap and reassign as needed.

Quick actions

Click any gig on the calendar to open its detail panel. From there you can edit the gig, view assigned crew, or jump to the full gig management page.
