Managing your availability

Your availability determines which gig offers you receive. Admins filter crew by availability when broadcasting gigs, so keeping yours current means you see the right opportunities.

Weekly patterns

From the Schedule tab, set your default weekly availability. Mark which days you are typically available and your preferred working hours. This repeats every week unless overridden.

Date overrides

Tap any specific date to override your weekly pattern. Use this for vacations, personal commitments, or days you know you want to work even if they are normally off.

Travel radius

Set how far you are willing to travel from your home base. Gigs outside your radius will not appear in your offers unless the admin specifically assigns you.
