Accepting and declining gig offers

Responding to gig offers

When a gig matches your skills and availability, you will get a push notification. Tap it to see the full gig details: date, venue, role, and pay rate.

Accepting a gig

Tap Accept to confirm your spot. The gig moves to your Confirmed section and appears on your schedule. The admin is notified immediately.

Declining a gig

Tap Decline if you are not available. No hard feelings — the admin will see the decline and can send the offer to other crew. You will not see the gig again unless the admin re-sends it.

Pending offers

If you do not respond, the offer stays in your Pending section. Admins can set a response deadline, so try to respond promptly. Quick responses build your reliability score.
