How to post your first gig
Creating a gig
From the Gigs page, click the New Gig button in the top right. You will see a form with everything you need to define the event.
Basic details
Start with the gig name, date, and venue. If this is a recurring event, you can clone from a template later — but for your first gig, fill it out from scratch.
Role slots and pay rates
Add the crew roles you need: audio engineer, video tech, stagehand, etc. For each role, set the number of crew needed and the pay rate (day rate or hourly). You can adjust these after posting.
Assigning a client
Link the gig to a client so it shows up in their event history. If the client does not exist yet, you can create one from the dropdown.
Broadcasting to crew
Once the gig is saved, you can broadcast it to matching crew. The system filters by skills, availability, and travel radius. Crew get a push notification and can accept or decline from their phone.
Your first gig should take under a minute to post. After that, use templates to speed up recurring events.
