Understanding gig statuses

Gig status lifecycle

Every gig moves through a series of statuses that tell you exactly where things stand.

Default statuses

• New — The gig was just created. No crew have been assigned or notified yet.
• Pending — Offers have been sent to crew and the admin is waiting for responses.
• Confirmed — Enough crew have accepted. The gig is locked in and ready for show day.
• In Progress — At least one crew member has checked in on-site. The gig is happening now.
• Cancelled — The gig has been cancelled. All assigned crew are notified.
• Completed — The gig is finished. Timesheets are ready for review.

Custom statuses

Admins can create custom statuses from Workspace Settings to match their workflow. Custom statuses use colors from the JamCrew palette and appear alongside the defaults.
