Broadcasting gig offers

After creating a gig, you can broadcast it to qualified crew. The broadcast system matches crew based on the skills needed, their availability on the gig date, and their travel radius.

Sending a broadcast

From the gig detail page, click Broadcast to Crew. You will see a list of matching crew with their availability status. Select the crew you want to notify and send.

Tracking responses

As crew accept or decline, the gig detail updates in real time. You can see who has responded, who is still pending, and how many spots remain to fill.

Re-broadcasting

If you still have open spots after the initial round, you can re-broadcast to additional crew. The system will not re-send to crew who already received the offer.
